Located in Colorado, Peach Street Distillers (PSD) and Ska Brewing (SB) have announced Ska Street, a “brewstillery” joint venture. The brewstillery is set to open in Boulder, Colorado this spring.
The two companies have been partnered since Peach Street’s opening in 2005. Ska and Peach Street share a sales team, as well as collaborations, such as the Boomerang Barrel Program and Modus Whiskey.
The brewstillery will include onsite brewing of Ska beers in a 10-barrel brewhouse, as well as a distillation of Peach Street spirits in a 450-liter still. The brewstillery will offer 30 Ska beers on tap, as well as a mixology program.
The brewstillery will bring components of each business together by including music inspired, as well as Caribbean-influenced meals. The food menu will mirror the food serves at Ska’s World Headquarters located in Durango.
