California-based wholesaler Epic Wines & Spirits has acquired Pacific Wine Distributors trucking company also based out of California. Pacific Wine Distributors will continue to service its 100+ clients, but has been renamed Convoy Beverage Alliance.
The deal includes 45 delivery trucks, which allows Epic to expand the transportation processes of their existing distribution services. Day-to-day operations will continue to be managed under contract by the founder and General Manager of Pacific Wine Distributors, Gino Pacella.
