The seminar focused on reviewing shifts in consumer behavior, transparency, ecommerce and convenience. One of the biggest trends driving innovations for business owners is the consumer’s request for transparency. Consumers want to know details on every ingredient included in the product that they are purchasing. They prefer to purchase products with real ingredients, real stories, and brands with social purpose. Traditional ways of purchasing alcohol have quickly shifted to ecommerce, as well as breweries, pop-ups at events, distilleries, and wineries. Consumers today are much more interested in experiences and are willing to pay for them.
