The $350 billion dollar Paycheck Protection Program, a forgivable loan to small businesses ran out of funds Thursday, but lawmakers are currently hammering out the details on additional funding for the program. Additionally, some believe there is a need to improve access for businesses without established banking relationships. Over 1.6 million PPP loans were approved through almost 5,000 lenders since April 3.
