When Patrick Halbert and his partners at a small restaurant group in Dallas got a suggestion to bottle their cocktails for airlines, they took a risk and left the restaurant industry behind to create premium ready-to-drink brand On The Rocks. Fast forward a couple years later and they were selling thousands of Mai Tais to Hawaiian Airlines.
