The New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC) has highlighted its own tax free status, and offers New England clients a promotional discount double the state’s current sales tax rates. This discount has been titled “No Taxation on Our Libations” and provides clients from Maine with an 11 percent discount, Massachusetts with 13 percent, and Vermont with 12 percent.
NHLC offers New Hampshire residents a 13 percent discount, as well as any other states eligible for the same discount. Out-of-state customers account for more than 50 percent of annual sales in New Hampshire.
