The National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA) represents America’s 3,000 independent beer distributors with operations in every state, congressional district and media market across the country. The NBWA filed an amicus brief in the Supreme Court case, Tennessee Wine & Spirits Retailers Association v. Byrd. By doing so, they joined a diverse group of stakeholders in support of the 21st Amendment which empowers states to establish a regulatory framework for alcohol.
