Big box retailers across Florida, including Walmart, Walgreens, and Target, are fighting to undo laws from Prohibition to allow liquor and groceries to be sold in the same store. In the current setup, there must be a separate entrance for the liquor and grocery stores.
Opponents argue this would enable easier access to liquor for minors, while supporters argue the current law is outdated.
