R.H. Barringer Distributing Company purchased the company in December 2007. R.H. Barringer Distributing Company is a family-owned and operated company, founded in 1933, right after the repeal of Prohibition, and they obtained the rights to distribute Anheuser-Busch products in 1935. Since then, the company has expanded its portfolio to include over 400 brands.
