Delivery app company GoPuff has agreed to acquire the BevMo! Retail chain for $350 million. The deal would give the delivery app access to a physical retailer with approximately 160 stores between California, Arizona and Washington. GoPuff’s focus is convenience-store items, but both companies handle alcohol products.
