Glazer’s Distributors, The Charmer Sunbelt Group, and Wirtz Beverage Group, three of the country’s largest andmost respected beverage alcohol distributors, today announced their plans to launch an exploratory effort to
gauge best practices and efficiency opportunities related to their parallel back office operations.
Boston Consulting Group has been engaged to lead the analytics and facilitate the discussions among the three companies. The operating areas to be analyzed will include Finance, Human Resources, IT, Supply Chain,
Procurement, and other Shared Services.
