Diageo has agreed to acquire Chase Distillery, a single-estate vodka & gin distillery located in the UK. Chase Distillery was founded in 2008 in by William Chase and has a portfolio that includes seven gins, four vodka and an elderflower liqueur. Financial details were not disclosed.
“We are excited about the growth opportunity within the premium plus segment and are very much looking forward to working with the Chase team to build on the portfolio’s considerable potential,” said Dayalan Nayager, Managing Director, Diageo Great Britain.
