Connecticut Distributers Inc. (CDI), an affiliate of Breakthru Beverage Group, announced earlier this month that it has acquired New England Wine & Spirits. New England Wine & Spirits is well known for its significant portfolio of fine wines and direct imports, from their long-held relationships with suppliers in France, Italy, South Africa and South America. The acquisition became effective on May 1st 2018, with CDI establishing the New England Division, a new retail sales division that will continue to represent many of the brands that are currently sold by New England Wine & Spirits.
