Researchers have started their year-long research project regarding the aging process of red wine. One batch of bottled red wine can be located in the International Space Station while the other batch is located on earth.
Researchers want to study how space radiation and weightlessness affect the aging process of wine. The two batches will be compared to one another after 12 months with hopes of developing new wine flavors.
