The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has received enough requests from wine industry members to take a look at modifying some of its regulations regarding the treatment and production of wines to expand its flexibility. Part of the amendments would include updating the materials used to treat wine, which the TTB regulates to assure good practices among wineries in the cellar treatment of natural wine.
