The world’s largest gathering of small, independent and artisanal brands will converge on Chicago on Tuesday October 9th 2018 at the Chicago Hilton Hotel. The Expo started with just three small brands conducting a tasting in a bar in New York City just 10 years ago. It has now grown to become one of the most anticipated underground spirits tastings around.
The CISE provides members of the service industry as well as consumers an opportunity to meet the new wave of creative and innovative distillers, indie bottlers, importers and distributors as they sample and speak about their spirits. Attendees will be able to review and sample over 600 spirits across all of the major spirits categories.
