An amended version of Senate Bill 284 was recently passed in the House Legislator in Arkansas and is now headed back to the Senate for approval. The bill would allow grocery stores to sell more wines, the major change from the original Senate Bill was the addition of a provision that would allow liquor store owners to sell consumables, which under current law is prohibited.
